Pastierska kapsa
Ingredients:
Pork meat
Chicken meat
Grilling spice
Fresh champignons
Ketchup
Pepper
Salt
Oil
Potato butter:
Potatoes
Smooth flour
1 egg
marjoram
garlic
onion
oil
Instructions:
Cut up little pieces of pork and chicken meat, roast it in a heated oil, salt and spice it,
add fresh champignons, ketchup, pour the ingredients with a water and steam them.
Prepare potato butter and bake potato pancakes. Potato pancakes fill up with the meat.
Serve it with tatar sauce, beetroot (boil the beetroot and grate it, add sugar, cumin,
vinegar, horseradish, mix them and boil for a few minutes) or cranberries. The best taste is,
when you mix tatar sauce with cranberries.
You can serve the pastoral bag with a sour cabbage, too.
