Lokše

Ingrediens:

  700g of mashed potatoes
  1 little spoon of salt
  300g of smooth flour
  fat

Instructions:
Boil the potatoes in a jacket, mash them. Add salt, smooth flour and mix soft butter. On the farinose boart make from the butter lond roll. Divide it for same pieces. From each piece make “lokša” (it seems like a pancake) and roast it iń a hot cooker from both sides. Baked “lokše” grease, cut up for 4 pieces and serve hot.
