 Sheeshky

Sheeshky with jam are traditional Fašiangy dish.
Ingredients:
 ½ kg of flour
 5 egg yolks
 5 dkg of butter
 4 dkg of icing sugar
 ¼ l of milk
 1 spoon of yeast)
 jam
 dash of salt
 oil for frying
 powdered sugar to strew

Instructions:

    Prepare warm (not hot) milk, add yeast, sugar, salt. Stir the mixture of other ingredients into the dough, that won´t be too soft or too hard. Let it rise. After rising out you roll it and cut circles into the dough. On one circle you get one tsp of jam and put a second circle on top. Pinch the edges together around the sides. The sheeshky let rise a little time.
Into the pot of hot oil put the sheeshky. Fry them from the both sides. Strew them with powdered sugar.
