Christmas honey cookies

Ingredients:
65 dkg fine whole wheat sifted flour
25 dkg icing sugar
 15 dkg warm honey
4-5 spoons of milk
  2 egg yolks
  2 whole eggs
honey cookies spice mix, cinnamon, anise

 

Instructions:

The ingredients mix together with warm honey. Dough let stand in the fridge min. for 2 hours.
Roll out the dough to about a quarter inch thickness and cut out with cookie forms making different shapes. After baking you can use them like Christmas decoration. Hang them on the branches of Christmas tree or make a cottage. The cottage you can stick with whipped egg white, decorate it with candies, nuts.

After baking decorate the honey cookies with mixture of sifted icing sugar and whipped egg white.
